Талдау үшін морфологиялық және физиологиялық әдістер, соның ішінде спектрофотометрия қолданылды. Нәтижелер биіктіктің жоғарылауымен R. linearifolia өсімдігінің биіктігі мен жапырақ тақтасының ауданының азайғанын, ал каротиноидтардың мөлшері жоғарылағанын көрсетті, яғни родиоланың стресс жағдайларына бейімделуін байқауға болады. Қорытындылай келгенде өсімдіктердің өсуі үшін оңтайлы биіктік – 2687 м деген тұжырым жасалды.
